Requirements:
- Proven successful track record of loan origination and operational support
- An existing client base of real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals is preferred
- Resilient and coachable to compete in changing environment
- Possess the drive to meet or exceed your sales goals while providing extraordinary service to your customers
- Thorough knowledge of product
- Team player and possess the ability to relate at all levels of business
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Extremely organized and demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, customer service, and follow-up skills
- Possess basic computer skills High ethical standards
- Bilingual language capabilities are a plus
